Where does your power go?
Tap a step to see what it does. Checks on the shore cord, the converter and the inverter are part of the Electrical & Charging Check-Up, not this battery service.
Shore power or generator
Where incoming power starts, whether you're plugged into shore power or running the generator. The shore cord and its connections are inspected as part of the Electrical & Charging Check-Up, not this battery service.
Transfer switch
Switches the coach between shore power and generator power so the rest of the system keeps running during the changeover.
Converter / charger
Converts incoming AC power to DC and keeps the house batteries charged while you're plugged in or running the generator. Converter output is tested as part of the Electrical & Charging Check-Up, not this battery service.
House batteries
Store power for when you're not connected to shore power or a generator. This is the core of the battery service itself: terminal cleaning, water level adjustment and load testing.
Inverter
Converts stored battery power back into AC for the outlets that need it. Inverter operation and output are inspected as part of the Electrical & Charging Check-Up, not this battery service.
12V and 120V outlets
What the whole system is ultimately feeding. Dim lights, slow fans or appliances that cut out are often the first visible sign something upstream, including the batteries, needs attention.
What are you seeing?
Select the closest match for a plain-language next step.
Slow cranking is one of the more common signs a battery is weak or near the end of its useful life. A load test is the direct way to find out whether the battery itself is the issue.
Request a quote for a load testBatteries are only half the system
If the batteries are being charged properly but still losing power, or you're not sure which side is the problem, the charging system is worth checking too.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in a battery service visit?
Terminal, connection and seal cleaning, water level adjustment and load testing, a visual inspection of trays and straps for damage, and a check of venting and ducting on vented battery boxes.
Do you charge extra for anything?
Battery watering kits carry an extra charge. Ask about your specific coach and battery setup when requesting a quote.
How do I request battery service?
Use the quote form on this page or call 702-757-2471. We'll go over your coach and get the visit scheduled.
What are common signs a battery needs attention?
Slow cranking, not holding a charge overnight, and a swollen or corroded case are common signs worth having checked. A load test and inspection can confirm what's going on.
How are the batteries and the charging system related?
Batteries store power, but how well they stay charged depends on the converter, generator and shore connection feeding them. If charging looks like the real problem rather than the batteries themselves, our electrical and charging system check-up covers that side.
How often should batteries be serviced?
There's no single interval that fits every coach and battery type. Have the batteries, terminals and connections checked and ask us for guidance based on your specific setup.

The Right Next Step
Batteries, charging and the generator are three different jobs. Choose the one your coach needs.
Electrical & Charging Check-Up
Lights, shore cord, 110V and 12V circuits, converter and generator output, if charging itself looks like the issue.
RV Battery Service
Terminal cleaning, water level adjustment, load testing, and a check of trays, straps and venting.
RV Generator Repair
When the coach has power problems only off shore power, the generator itself may need attention.
